Larry Dinovitz - Larry has spent the past forty years successfully engaged in the fields of general contracting, entitlement, and marketing of residential and commercial developments. After graduation from the California State University, Northridge with a degree in Marketing, Larry went to work for a large apartment developer in the Los Angeles area. After building over 4,000 apartments, Larry decided to form his own company and began developing single-family homes, commercial, and industrial projects. He has a vast knowledge of every aspect of development, and excels in land development and marketing. Now, Larry, his sons, and nephew have teamed together to continue to provide quality developments through their "quality through experience" concept. His current projects include: The Pointe at Calabasas and The Calabasas Country Club (Calabasas) and Calabasas Corporate Center (Los Angeles County).
Steve Weiser - Steve joined the family business over 10 years ago and currently works along side His Uncle and Cousins. Steve is currently acting as Project Manager for many of Woodland Construction projects. Steve's responsibilities at Woodland Construction include bidding and estimating on current and future projects along with management of contractors and sub-contractors and direct involvement in the daily operations of design, working drawings, and construction. Past projects include the following: Calabasas Country Club; California Classic Storage (Camarillo); California Classic Storage Saticoy (Saticoy); Teal Club (Oxnard), and Stokes Canyon (Calabasas).
Jayme Dinovitz - Jayme has been involved in the family business for twenty years and currently serves as Project Manager for many of Woodland Construction projects. Jayme received his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Chico in Geography in 1995 and holds a Master's degree in Education. Jayme's responsibilities at Woodland Construction include the management of contractors and sub-contractors and direct involvement in the daily operations of design, working drawings, bidding and construction. He closely monitors all work efforts at jobsites as part of the company's quality control process that is an integral part of each project's success. His current projects include the following: California Classic Storage (Camarillo); Saticoy Sotrage (Saticoy); and Teal Club (Oxnard). His past projects include Mesivta School (Los Angeles County), 5th Street Self Storage (Oxnard), and Calabasas Park Estates (Calabasas).
Scott Dinovitz - Scott graduated in 1990 from University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning and Development. Following an internship with the Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning, Scott joined the family business, building custom and spec homes throughout southern California. Scott's present focus includes property negotiations and acquisition, real estate investment, entitlement, and land development. Among his current projects are The Courtyards at Vineyard, Teal Club Storage, Wiggins/Laidlaw Industrial Condos (Oxnard), California Classic Storage (Camarillo), and the following: Tuscany at Woodland Hills; Courtyards at Westwood Ranch (Simi Valley); Courtards at Patterson (Oxnard); and Couryards at Camarillo Springs.
